Jure has been part of the Marioni group since June 2023. He is interested in environmental risk factors for health and disease in old age, especially cognitive decline and dementia. Before joining the group, Jure did a PhD in translational neuroscience at the University of Edinburgh, where he explored the pharmacoepidemiology of anticholinergic drugs in UK Biobank. He is currently working on proteomic predictors of environmental risk factors for dementia.
